Sudarshana Bhaktavatsala

  • Mysuru, Karnataka
  • Vice President of 2023 worked closely with KEC to execute multiple Kaveri events,Kaveri Cricket League tournament,Organizer for Vidyabhushan concert. Served in many KEC executive and member to successfully execute many Kaveri programs.

Dr Rohini Banavar

  • Mysuru, Karnataka
  • I have been attending Kaveri events on and off since 2006. I was an executive member in 2020 and 2021, Joint secretary in 2022, and Secretary in 2023. I directed kids nataka in 2019 and 2022 on Kaveri stage. I have loved being part of the KEC for the last few years and enjoy serving our community.
  • I love walking, reading books, and watching shows. My husband is Pramod Banavar and we have 2 kids, Manya and Krisha who are actively involved in KYC.

Mohan Venkobdas

  • Manvi, Raichur dist. Karnataka
  • Part of the Kaveri Executive Committee for the last four years. Worked as a treasurer for the years 2022 and 2023. I was also part of the Kaveri Golden Jubilee celebrations finance committee. I was an organizer for the Sri Vidyabhushana concert. I have also served as a Kannada Kaliyona teacher for five years.
  • when I have free time, I like to read, watch movies, solve Kannada padabandha (cross words) and go for a walk. My wife is Sandhya Das, she is volunteering as Kannada Kaliyona teacher for many years. We have two sons Anikait and Akshay.

  • I have been KEC executive member in 2019 & 2022, and Joint Secretary in 2023 & 2024. Part of stage management , volunteer for Decoration committee & Sammilana - the grand finale for Kaveri Golden Jubilee celebration in 2022.
  • My hobbies are: Hiking, walking, Yoga, dancing and gardening. I am a proud Mom of two Boys. Prem and Preetham Minchu.

  • I have participated actively in Kaveri events since 2012. I was coordinator for Aralumallige magazine and Kannada teacher since 2021. Joined KEC in 2022 as Kaveri Youth coordinator and served as executive member in 2023. Part of Golden Jubilee event, helping with Registration, Stage management and coordination of programs.

  • I am from the coastal city of Mangalore, Karnataka and live with my wife and two kids in Clarksburg, Maryland. During my career, I lived in California, Boston, and Maryland. My hobbies are sports, mainly cricket, badminton, hiking, and yoga.
